Original measurements and instructions. This recipe has not been recalculated.

Coffee
25 g
Water
400 g
Temperature
95°C
Total time
5 min 15 s

Grind: Medium-coarse

Pour all the water, steep undisturbed, break the crust and decant immediately after a slow press. Higher heat and slightly longer contact support sweetness in a dense, lightly roasted coffee. Starting point: 25 g coffee, 400 g water at 95°C, with a target time of 5:15.

HOW TO USE THE RESULT

01

Start exact.

Weigh coffee and water. Match temperature and time before changing the recipe.

02

Taste cooler.

Wait sixty seconds after brewing. Sweetness and defects are easier to read below serving temperature.

03

Change one thing.

Adjust grind first. Keep dose, water and technique fixed so the next cup teaches you something.
