Every article begins with a question that can be tested using accessible tools. It names the expected direction before the test, isolates one controlled change and records the confounders that could make the conclusion weaker.

The protocols do not fabricate results. They show how to gather evidence, taste without revealing sample identity and turn the outcome into the next brew. Preference, detection and mechanism are reported as separate claims.
